Florida Georgia Line’s Tyler Hubbard Undergoes Back Surgery

Tyler Hubbard of Florida Georgia Line didn’t just use his own knife to cut up Thanksgiving dinner with his family, but actually went under the knife at the hospital for a back surgery over the November holiday.
Although the singer admitted that he’s been delaying the medical move for years, Hubbard decided to take advantage of the time off by heading to the hospital under the watchful eye of his family and the staff on hand to finally fix his back issues. Sharing some hilarious videos of himself hopped up on anesthesia following the procedure, Hubbard was feeling fine despite experiencing a lull in recovery.
“Here’s some morning laughs for yall. Ya boy was feeling like I just drank a whole bottle of @oldcampwhiskey … the hospital had that good stuff. On a real note I am so thankful to have my back fixed and on its way to being 100% again.. I’ve been dealing with this for years and tried everything to avoid surgery but I’m so glad It’s over incase you can’t tell by the smile on my face. Now I start the hardest part for me…. laying around the house and trying to be still until recovery is over. #bored,” Hubbard wrote of his recent medical procedure.
Even his wife, Hayley Hubbard, wished her love well and shared with fans that he apparently came out of the surgery room singing Michael Jackson for all the nurses to hear.
It was never confirmed what problems Hubbard has been having with his back, but he’ll be able to just relax at home with his very pregnant wife as they prepare to head back to the hospital in the next coming weeks for the birth of their first child.
The couple announced they were expecting back in June and revealed they would be having a little boy. To their surprise, the Hubbards received news that their blood test proved to be wrong as they actually were going to have a baby girl on the way. At this time, the specific due date is unknown but is believed to be right around the corner.
