Route 91 Harvest was anything but a typical “American Saturday Night” for country music fans as guitar aficionado Brad Paisley hit the stage for night two of the three-day festival. Thousands upon thousands of fans swarmed to the Las Vegas strip to catch Paisley, Chris Young, Tyler Farr, Martina McBride and many others take the stage for a fun-filled day of music.

Paisley kicked off his 90-minute set with a killer guitar solo which lead into “Crushin’ It.” His set included many more guitar solos, which he’s well known for, as well as his numerous hits like “Online,” “Celebrity,” “Country Nation,” “River Bank,” “Water.” The hit maker also threw in a cover of the late Merle Haggard’s “Mama Tried” in the midst of his No.1 smash “This is Country Music.”

Chris Young held the slot just before Paisley, but quickly proved that one day, he’ll be the closing act at the many country festivals across the nation. Young, who has one of the best voices in country music presently, had the crowd in the palm of his hand from the second he walked on stage. His set consisted of “Aw Naw,” “Voices,” “Lonely Eyes,” “I’m Comin’ Over,” among others. In the middle of his high-impact set, Young chose to slow it down with “Who I Am With You,” but not before prefacing it with “Where are all of the single people in the audience? You’re going to hate the next three minutes.” One of the most impressive parts of Young’s set was the thousands of voices singing all of his songs back to him, sometimes louder than Young himself.
