Has superstar Keith Urban cut off his beloved long locks?

The “We Were Us” singer shocked fans this afternoon by posting the below photo along with the caption “Snow ain’t the only thing falling in Nashville today!!” on his social networks.

Fans were quick to respond to the photo, which showed his freshly cut hair on the floor of a salon. While many fans begged for an “after” photos, some were downright distraught at the sight of his hair on the floor. One fan even admitted she thought she was going to “cry” after seeing the photo.

Let’s hope Urban posts a photo of his new “do” sooner rather than later. Remember – it’s just hair and it will grow back.
