The best of country music was dressed to the nines on Tuesday night when the 10th annual ACM Honors celebration took place in Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium. Artists including Luke Bryan, Lady Antebellum, Dierks Bentley, Cole Swindell, Kelsea Ballerini and many more strutted their stuff on the red carpet that was located on 5th Ave, between Commerce St. and Lower Broadway.
The evening is dedicated to recognizing special honorees and off-camera categories from the 51st Annual ACM Awards. Included in tonight’s star-studded list of honorees is Carrie Underwood, Little Big Town, Keith Urban, Glen Campbell and many more.
Along with the incredible honors, numerous performances will take the iconic stage, among them a collaboration between Urban, Bentley and Little Big Town. The all-star collab will a nod to the late David Bowie and the performance will air on the Stand Up to Cancer (SUTC) special next month.
This year’s ACM Honors also marks the first time that the ceremony will air during a taped television special. The show will broadcast on CBS for the first time ever on Friday, September 9 at 9 p.m. ET/PT and will begin just after the airing of the SUTC special.
