From Greek street food to the first bar he ever played in when he moved to town, Jordan Davis knows Nashville like the back of his hand.
“We like to say he is ‘singing a new song’ and spending his time giving back to the community and supporting fellow artists — streaming is a great new outlet to do just that,” said Davis’ wife, Mary Davis-Travis.
“I think it’s a great introduction to what Home State is and I’m excited for fans to hear it out on the road this summer,” Davis said of the single.
“From the bottom of my heart, I’m so grateful to the fans, country radio and everyone who helped make ‘Singles You Up’ the number one song in the country,” he said.
Orrantia made artists fill in the lyrics, as well as participate in a round of quick questions which left everyone stumped for the right answers.
“This will be pretty crazy being out there for the first time and actually like attending it. It’ll be fun,” he said to SLN.
It took five years for his album to come into fruition, but Davis recounts the journey as a “fun” one.
