Miley Cyrus, Brandi Carlile Join 2019 GRAMMY Awards Roster

This year’s GRAMMY Awards are shaping up to be one of the best! The Recording Academy announced the addition of several new acts to the star-studded bill, including Miley Cyrus, Brandi Carlile, The Red Hot Chili Peppers and H.E.R.
Carlile is a nominee during this year’s ceremony, nabbing six total nominations, including Record Of The Year (“The Joke”), Album Of The Year (By The Way, I Forgive You), Song Of The Year (“The Joke”), Best American Roots Performance (“The Joke”), Best American Roots Song (“The Joke”), and Best Americana Album (By The Way, I Forgive You).

Cyrus is not a nominee for the 61st annual GRAMMY Awards this year, though she has been nominated in the past. She earned her first nod in 2015 for Best Pop Vocal Album for Bangerz.
Previously announced performers include country’s Dan + Shay and Kacey Musgraves , plus Camila Cabello, Cardi B, Post Malone, Shawn Mendes and Janelle Monáe.

The 2019 GRAMMY Awards, hosted by Alicia Keys, will broadcast live from the STAPLES Center in Los Angeles on CBS at 8:00 p.m. ET/5:00 p.m. PT.
