It’s that time of year where the colorful sundresses go to the back of the closet to make room for sweaters and boots, and Carrie Underwood’s fitness line brought out its latest designs for the autumn season ahead.

Showing off the new tones and patterns during events at New York Fashion Week, Underwood let critics and fans see what’s next for CALIA by Carrie Underwood. The country singer even led a workout class for some lucky attendees to display how the line adapts well while hitting the gym and breaking a sweat.

“Had a great time talking all things @CALIAbyCarrie and breaking a sweat at #NYFW Can’t wait for you to see the pieces from the fall line,” Underwood wrote with her photo collage of the New York events.

Vanessa Lachey emceed for Underwood’s fall line debut, admitting she herself is a fan of CALIA and finds Underwood and her co-designers as “the definition of strong, creative & talented women.”

In the spirit of releasing brand new products to her athletic apparel label, Underwood told People some of her tips for staying in shape and maintaining her health regardless of how busy her schedule tends to be. Relying on convenience in a wholesome way, Underwood sticks to her routine no matter how much time she can take to herself in a day.

“I can go run for a little while, I can go do some tabata rounds, I can do something. Sometimes I’m like, my workout today is going be running around after my kid. If we’re going to go to the park, why not run there and push him in the stroller? Then I get a good cardio session to and from, and then he gets to play, so everybody wins,” she said to People.

She also swears by creating healthy dishes that are freezer-friendly, as well as never being too hard on herself for skipping a workout or taking a rest day without any guilt. She tries to balance her diet and fitness regime without going overboard and hurting her body worse.

“I’ve gotten a lot better at doing what I can when I can, but also cutting myself a little slack,” Underwood admitted.

CALIA by Carrie Underwood’s fall line will debut later this season and can be found online or at Dick’s Sporting Goods stores throughout the country.
