Kelsea Ballerini may be best known for her stage presence, incredible vocals, and songwriting abilities, but since hitting the Country music scene in 2014, she’s also become known for her killer fashion game.
Whether she’s walking the red carpet, performing in front of thousands of adoring fans, or simply grabbing a coffee in Nashville, Ballerini always looks stunning. So what’s her secret? We caught up with the “Peter Pan” singer to find out!

Her Best Piece of Beauty Advice: “On my days off I try to not wear makeup because I try to let my skin breathe because I wear a ton of makeup for shows and stuff. I guess that would be my tip.”
The Three Beauty Products She Can’t Live Without: “Dry shampoo every day, all day. Also, don’t laugh, but there’s this new stuff called Bum Bum Cream. It’s from Brazil… you get it at Sephora and it smells so good. It’s lotion, but it’s really good. That’s my new favorite thing. And then Chapstick.”
On Her Style Icon: “Blake Lively. I think that she has that perfect mix of being such a fashionista and always on trend, but also so super approachable and simple and girl next door, and not too unapproachable.”
Her Biggest Fashion Flub: “I’d say my first-ever red carpet. I had a choker on that had handcuffs on it and I don’t know why I did that. I don’t know why everyone let me, also. It was not good. I wasn’t allowed to walk the carpet yet, I think I got two pictures and they were like, ‘All right, no,’ so there’s not much proof. (laughs)”
On the Evolution of Her Personal Style: “We were just looking at pictures from all my Opry performances and it’s very clear when I rummaged through my own closet, and when I have a stylist. It’s very clear.”
How She Describes Her Personal Style: “I love being comfortable. I really just feel like when I’m in jeans and a t-shirt I’m comfortable, which means I’m more confident. I think it’s a different kind of beauty that comes from that. I just like being comfortable.”
