Brittany Aldean Hosted Secret Baby Shower For Kane Brown’s Wife, Katelyn
In October, Brittany Aldean shared photos from a “sleepover” with guests that included singer RaeLynn, Kane Brown’s wife Katelyn Brown and other friends. The photos showed the Aldean home decked out with balloons, evergreen trees and a tent, which housed the women for the night. This week, however, Brittany revealed that the party wasn’t simply a regular girls’ night, but rather a secret baby shower for Katelyn Brown.
“It wasn’t a sleepover… It was a baby shower for the most beautiful girl,” Brittany wrote alongside a video of the decorations from the party. “We loved celebrating you and baby Kodi, @katelynbrown. Y’all are so very loved!!! (What a fun secret to keep).”
Katelyn also took to social media to share photos from the shower, which show more details from the event.
“Remember these? It was my baby sprinkle for Kodi,” she wrote. “Thank you @brittanyaldean for hosting a magical night and all my girls for coming to celebrate with us.”
Katelyn and Kane welcomed their second daughter, Kodi Jane, on December 30. The Browns kept news of their new addition secret from the public for the entirety of Katelyn’s pregnancy. The two announced their daughter’s birth on social media on December 31, and Katelyn has since shared photos and details from her pregnancy. In a post featuring a maternity photo, Katelyn wrote that keeping her pregnancy under wraps was the “best decision” she’d ever made.
“Soaking in special moments with my daughter and husband without the influence of social media and outside world made this time that much more intimate and unforgettable,” she added.
Their second child joins their eldest daughter, Kingsley Rose, and the two are already fast friends.
