Maddie & Tae’s Taylor Dye has been on bed rest in the hospital for one month due to a pregnancy complication. In a post written by her husband, Josh Kerr, the couple shared that Tae was admitted to the hospital immediately after her 24-week appointment. They also shared that their baby girl is “doing great,” but that she is “a little more excited than she is ready to be in the world.”

“Today marks 1 month of being in the hospital,” wrote Kerr, alongside a selfie of the two of them in the hospital. “T went in for a routine check up at 24 weeks then we were immediately admitted and we have been here since. Our sweet girl is doing great, she is just a little more excited than she is ready to be in the world. This hasn’t been easy but we’re leaning on God and trusting His plan. Thanks for all your thoughts and prayers.”

The duo first shared news of Tae’s bed rest in December, while simultaneously postponing dates on their CMT Next Women of Country Tour Presents: All Song No Static Tour.

“Tae and her baby are doing great, but the doctor has placed her on temporary bedrest,” the duo wrote at the time. “Out of precaution, we are postponing our upcoming tour dates including the CMT Next Women of Country Tour Presents: All Song No Static Tour. Rescheduled dates to be announced soon!”

Dye and Kerr announced they were expecting a baby girl November. The couple have since shared multiple photos from the pregnancy, including snaps from their baby moon in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico in early December.

“Kissin’ in Cabo,” Dye wrote alongside a photo of her and Kerr.
