Eric Paslay and Lindsay Ell Play the ‘Whisper Challenge’
Best way for Eric Paslay and Lindsay Ell to bond before heading out on the road together? Challenge each other to a silly game of random words and perfect pronunciation, of course!
What better way to bond two artists together before they head out on tour than putting them up to a little game people like to call the “Whisper Challenge?”
While visiting Sounds Like Nashville, Eric Paslay and Lindsay Ell announced that they were going on tour together for the fall on the Angels in this Town Tour. In order to get the two grooving on the same track before spending many nights out on the road with each other, they sat down and got each other guessing some pretty crazy words and phrases.
Trying to get each other to say words like ragamuffin and java chip Frappuccino while wearing noise-cancelling headphones, Ell and Paslay used their teamwork skills in the all-too-hilarious game and put their friendship to the test as they did their best pronunciations. With a little added help and a couple of hints given, the two found success many times while making their friendship deeper for the road ahead.
The Angels in this Town Tour begins on October 13 in Providence, Rhode Island, and dates continue throughout the autumn season. Country newcomers Courtney Cole and Adam Sanders will also be tagging along with Paslay for the tour on select dates.
