Maren Morris Cruises Around London with Son, Hayes
Maren Morris posted photos on social media this week showing details from a getaway to England with her son.
It looks like Maren Morris and her son have taken a little trip across the pond. The singer has posted multiple photos on social media this week showing details from a getaway to England with her 1-year-old son, Hayes. Morris’s first post from the trip came on September 30th and showed photos of her pushing Hayes in his stroller around Hyde Park and the streets of London. She also shared a selfie of herself and Hayes in the plane as well as a photo of her son enjoying some fruit in their hotel room. She captioned the photos with a quote from Pride and Prejudice.
“‘The distance is nothing when one has a motive.’ *insert every Pride & Prejudice quote here*,” she wrote.
Morris continued posting photos from her trip on Friday, October 1st. In a post captioned “Princess Di, high tea & my son misidentifying animals noises,” the singer shared various snaps of the inside of Kensington Palace and the gardens surrounding it, including Princess Diana’s wedding dress which is on display at the palace. The post also included a photo of an elegant high tea enjoyed by Morris and a video of guards riding by on horses while Hayes sweetly said, “moo.”
It’s unclear if Morris is strictly in England on vacation or if she’s also working, but she and her son seem to be enjoying their time. Meanwhile, Morris’ husband and fellow singer Ryan Hurd has been touring, performing in Danville, VA on Friday, October 1st. He will release his debut album, Pelago, on October 15th and will perform an album release show in Chicago on October 21st.
Morris may be on her way to music as well, as she officially said goodbye to the GIRL album era with a collection of photos from her performance at the Pilgrimage Music Festival posted on September 26th. “End of an era,” she wrote.
