12 Times Cam Was A Beaming Ray of Sunshine

If you’ve ever seen country newcomer Cam, you may have noticed that the singer is always wearing something that’s yellow. Whether it’s a yellow dress, yellow sunglasses, or yellow shoes, Cam is rarely seen without an article of yellow clothing.

It’s become her signature. But how did it all start?

“The first time it really resonated was when we were doing a Kickstarter video,” Cam tells Billboard of her color choice. “We were working really late on it. I went to grab a mug for some coffee to keep me going really late. I saw this yellow mug, and it was bright and cheery. Lindsay, my manager and best pal, looked at me and said ‘That’s it. That is the color you are.’ Everybody is nicer to me when I’m in yellow.”
