Once upon a time, two country singers by the names of Brett Eldredge and Thomas Rhett met to go on tour together. They spent months together, performing at the same venues to the same crowds and chilling out with one another during their free time. That friendship blossomed into one of the best bromances in country music ever.

In celebration of the guys hosting the 2016 CMA Music Festival: Country’s Night to Rock on Wednesday, August 3, we compiled some of their cutest captured moments as a bromance to get the fans pumped for the special. Here are just a few of our favorite times the bromance was at its peak for Eldredge and Rhett.

1. Dude hugs to celebrate co-hosting duties

This black-and-white shot shows the pure love these guys have for one another. In a quick embrace, these two definitely feed off each other’s good vibes and enjoy the company from one another, to say the least.

2. Coin flips to decide lineups on tour

Who’s it going to be? #CoinFlipToClose #TBT

Pretty sure Eldredge and Rhett are the only two country music singers who use a coin to determine who goes first during a show. These two get along too well to choose in an orderly fashion, so why not go with the ways of probability through the help of a coin?

3. Christmas apparel for the win

You know @thomasrhettakins and I take our Christmas partying seriously!😂😂😂

On the Suits and Boots Tour, Eldredge and Rhett would occasionally get all dressed up for their crowds. Around the holidays, they pulled out all the stops when Eldredge sported a festive Chicago Blackhawks sweater and Rhett made Christmas into a suit.

4. Mean tweets with friends makes everything funnier

When celebrities read mean tweets about themselves, it’s already hilarious. But when these two read them about each other sitting next to one another, it took the game to another level. This clip of Eldredge reading a message about Rhett’s dancing even gets the both of them to crack up.

5. But who really is the king of Zaxby’s?

I’m the KING of the Zaxby’s deeeelicious house ZALADS….sorry @thomasrhettakins 😂

Putting their jokes to the test, the guys filmed a commercial for Zaxby’s. Lovingly bantering over who gets the salad first, it’s Eldredge who takes precedence and takes the first bite. The delicious taste of victory (and amazing chicken meals).

6. Cheers to the greatest friendship a guy could ask for

Cheers #SuitsandBoots Tour.

To cut out the middleman, Eldredge and Rhett sometimes took their hangout sessions to the stage. In this snapshot, it seems like drinking was the game for the night as the guys cheers in front of their audience. Who said work had to be boring?

7. Best friends always take selfies together

A true friend is someone who isn’t embarrassed to take a selfie with you, even in public. Rhett brings out his best ‘rock on’ hand in this Instagram pic of the two. A major #TBT to the night when they announced they were going on tour with each other, but also a major plus for us fans of the bromance for this killer photo.
