Whether it’s a day-long adventure with your boo, or a candlelight dinner for two, planning something special to make it a memorable day is something your significant other will remember and appreciate forever.
Though Chris Lane is busy out on the road supporting his latest single, the sultry song “For Her,” he’s still able to dole out some advice for guys who need to plan a little something extra.
“My Valentine’s day advice is to go above and beyond for the one that you love,” Lane tells Sounds Like Nashville.
Going the extra mile is something we should do all year round, but February 14 should be the icing on the cake, so Lane is sharing his exclusive gift guide for the upcoming holiday.

Short getaways: Unfortunately, Valentine’s falls on a Tuesday this year (How rude!), but love birds can celebrate the weekend before or after with a vacation for two. Lane suggests a weekend getaway to Hilton Head or a Spa Day at Blackberry Farm.
Dinner plans: Set the mood off right with a romantic dinner at one of Lane’s favorite places in Nashville – Tartufo’s. It’s a great little slice of Italian heaven.
