After taking a look at the year’s engagements, we’re now recapping 2014’s country weddings!

Several country stars tied the knot this year, including newcomer Jamie Lynn Spears, who wed longtime boyfriend Jamie Watson, and Jerrod Niemann, who said “I do” in October. The Band Perry’s Kimberly Perry also exchanged vows with baseball cutie J.P. Arencibia after a chance meeting at a TBP meet-and-greet.

Jamie Lynn Spears - CountryMusicIsLove

“How Could I Want More” singer Jamie Lynn Spears said “I Do” to her longtime boyfriend Jamie Watson on March 14. The couple wed in front of family and friends, including Spears’ daughter Maddie and famous big sis, Britney. The perfect wedding favor? A koozie emblazoned with “Jamie Lynn & Jamie March 14, 2014.”

Mallary Hope Wedding

Mallary Hope and Ryan Dokke enjoyed a low-key wedding in mid-April near a Tennessee lake.”Don’t need big and fancy,” wrote the singer/songwriter on Instagram. “Couldn’t have been a more perfect day for a Georgia gal like me.” The couple got engaged on the stage of the Grand Ole Opry the the fall of 2013.

Eddie Montgomery

April was an interesting month for Montgomery Gentry’s Eddie Montgomery. The singer announced on Twitter that he had wed his girlfriend and that mother nature had sort of rained on their parade. “We’ll I’ve had an interestin last few days,” he wrote. “I got hitched to THE @JenJenB1 and then got hit by a tornado last night!”

After a chance meeting in Plant City, Florida, The Band Perry‘s Kimberly Perry fell in love with and later wed MLB player J.P. Arencibia. The couple tied the knot in June in her hometown of Greeneville, Tennessee at First Presbyterian Church in front of friends and family, including Perry’s brothers, Neil and Reid, Carrie Underwood, Blake Shelton, and Miranda Lambert.

Danielle Peck

Singer Danielle Peck said “I do” in June when she wed Josh Smith. The couple eloped to Ireland, exchanging vows at the Belleek Castle in Ballina. “This day was a dream come true for me,” Peck said in a statement. “I’ve married my best friend and look forward to spending the rest of my life with the one I love, and I truly couldn’t be happier!”

Whitney Duncan Wedding

Whitney Duncan wed her boyfriend Keith Tollefson at the end of July at Twin Oaks in Tennessee. Whitney and Keith met when they both competed on CBS’ show ‘Survivor: South Pacific’ back in 2011. The couple was engaged two years later on Valentine’s Day. They most recently appeared on ‘The Amazing Race’ this year.

Stephen Barker Liles Wedding

Just eight months after welcoming a sweet baby boy, Love and Theft’s Stephen Barker Liles and Jenna Michelle Kennedy tied the knot. The ceremony took place in front of about 200 guests at The Ruby event center in Nashville. Their son, Jett, also made a special appearance during the ceremony.

Canaan Smith Wedding

Country newcomer Canaan Smith had an eventful 2014, as he got engaged and married this year! He proposed to girlfriend Christy in Florida in late March and later took to social media to share the exciting news. “Of all the blessings in my life, she’s the greatest,” says Smith. “We’re so excited for everything to come.” The couple then wed in August. Smith once again shared the news on social media, saying “Never felt more alive than right now.”

Jerrod Niemann

“Lover, Lover” singer Jerrod Niemann took his wedding party down south to say “I Do” to longtime girlfriend Morgan Petek. The pair exchanged vows San Juan, Puerto Rico at sunset atop the Spanish fort Castillo de San Cristóbal. “I’m looking forward to seeing what the world has in store for us as a married couple,” the newly wed Niemann told People at the time.
