Exclusive: Adam Craig to Send ‘Why Can’t She’ to Fans

After years of playing it on the road and earning tons of praise from fans over the song, Adam Craig decided to give his supporters what they’ve been asking for by releasing, “Why Can’t She.”

The singer asks for forgiveness in his time of need, as he makes his beautiful plea for mercy for a relationship he gave his whole heart to. Written by Craig and Nashville songwriters, Jon Nite and Matt Rogers, it has become one of Craig’s favorite tracks in his catalogue and appreciates the positive response from his fans over the lyric when he hears their enthusiasm in the crowd from the first note of playing it live.

“I’m incredibly proud of this song,” Craig revealed to Sounds Like Nashville. “It’s been in my set for a while, and I’ve been blown away by the reaction from fans. It comes from a special place and I always hoped the moment would be right to share it with the world – what better time than CMA Fest week?”

While it may be a busy week coming up for Craig and his team, he thought of no better way to celebrate all that his fans do for him by giving them a recorded version of “Why Can’t She.” He hopes they attach themselves even closer to the message, and continue to help him sing the words when they see Craig perform it during his sets on the road.

Craig will perform “Why Can’t She” and many other songs during his set at CMA Music Festival, as well as attend the 28th Annual City of Hope Celebrity Softball Game on the Saturday of the Fest. Tickets for the sporting competition are available for purchase at this time.

“Why Can’t She” will be available to stream or purchase beginning June 8.
