Brad Paisley Premieres New Music Video with Demi Lovato for ‘Without a Fight’

For Brad Paisley and Demi Lovato, music opposites attract and make for a great performance relationship in the new music video for their duet, “Without a Fight.”

The performance-based video, directed by Jeff Venable, is depicted in a dark, neon-lit warehouse building and the country singer and pop artist take turns belting out their lines on an old-fashioned microphone. The two seem to have friendly chemistry, as Lovato casually pushes Paisley from time to time and eventually knocks off his staple cowboy hat at the end of the video.

Each shot of the video has its own filter view as well, giving the grungy location a bit of a spark for the video. One thing is for sure though: both Paisley and Lovato look like they are making the most of their time together and seem to have started a true bonding friendship.

This isn’t the first time Paisley and Lovato have worked together though: Paisley previously joined Lovato at the iHeartMusic Awards to perform her hit, “Stone Cold.” The performance didn’t just land a positive reception, but also an opportunity for the two to work together on this song for Paisley’s record.

The two have been performing their duet live on various television shows from their performance on ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live a few weeks ago to their surprise performance together today at Lovato’s Good Morning America Concert Series show.

“Without a Fight” was written by Paisley, Kelley Lovelace and Lee Thomas Miller and is the first single off Paisley’s 10th studio album, which will be released in the next coming months.
