Two of country’s biggest duo’s teamed up for a full on honky-tonk fantasy at the 53rd annual CMA Awards, as Brooks & Dunn and Brothers Osborne tore down the house on “Hard Workin’ Man.”

Backed by searing red stage lights and surrounded by thundering drums, the two duos stood shoulder-to-shoulder at this year’s CMAs — and matched each other’s intensity note for note. The heavy-hitting collab is found on Brooks & Dunn’s recent Reboot album of tag-team remixes, but it took on an extra, high-octane spirit at Bridgestone Arena.

With John Osborne sliding through a slippery guitar solo and brother TJ welding his booming baritone to Ronnie Dunn’s iconic twang, it was one of the night’s high-energy highlights.

Brothers Osborne went into this year’s CMA Awards with four nominations, including nods for Vocal Duo, Single Record of the Year, Musical Event of the Year and Music Video of the Year. Brooks & Dunn were recently inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame.
