Carly Pearce and Michael Ray Announce Engagement

There’s a country wedding in the works for Carly Pearce and Michael Ray. The couple got engaged during a romantic pre-Christmas trip to Tulum, Mexico.

Pearce and Ray announced the news with coinciding Instagram announcements, expressing their excitement to make their love official.

The Florida native went on to express the reasons he loves her and share that he’s overwhelmed to bring his fiancée home for Christmas.

Like Ray, Pearce was over the moon to share in her engagement news, sharing the same photos, plus one of her gorgeous ring.

Announcing “we are gettin’ married, baby,” she wrote “Michael, I would’ve married you the first night we hung out because I knew then you were the one. You will always be my most precious example of God’s timing and His love for me. I have found my home in you and will love you with everything I have forever and a day.”

The two first went public with their relationship in July 2018 with a sweet photo from backstage at the Grand Ole Opry. After weeks of flirting back and forth on Instagram, the two announced their relationship by simply writing “And then one random night at the Nashville Palace changed everything.”
