Carrie Underwood Joins PS22 Chorus for ‘Good Girl’ Performance

While on her media tour in New York City to promote her new album Blown Away, which hits stores May 1, Carrie Underwood visited the chorus at Public School 22 in Staten Island, New York for an amazing collaboration of her hit single “Good Girl.”

Underwood sang the song alongside PS22’s Kevin, who held his own next to the country music superstar, and the entire PS22 Chorus.

“I feel like I’m a part of the choir now, Underwood said. “My experience as PS22 has been absolutely amazing.”

“It just made my heart happy to be here,” she added.

The children gifted Underwood with a PS22 chorus tee shirt, and she said she’d “wear it proudly.”

The talented fifth graders in the PS22 chorus have been featured on national television shows such as “Oprah,” “Nightline,” “Good Morning America,” the “Today show, and more.
