The past year has been one of growth for Cassadee Pope, who dove head first into creating a slew of new, personal music for fans. After giving fans a preview of what she’s been working on with “Take You Home” and “One More Red Light,” the songstress is ready to release a full-length album called Stages.

“It’s a validating feeling to look back at a painful moment, and see how I was able to put the pieces back together and come back stronger,” Cassadee reveals of the record that covers an array of topics, from love, heartbreak, loss and obstacles. “For the first time in my life, I’m confident in the way I navigate things thrown my way, and I hope someone listening finds the same strength.”

Set for release on February 1, the project will include 11 songs, two of which feature some of her famous friends (Dan + Shay’s Shay Mooney on “If My Heart Had a Heart,” RaeLynn, Lindsay Ell and Lauren Alaina on “Distracted”).

Stages is Pope’s first full-length project since 2013’s Frame By Frame.

Pope will take the new tunes out on the road as the headliner for this year’s CMT’s 2019 Next Women of Country Tour, which kicks off in April. Joining The Voice winner will be Clare Dunn and Hannah Ellis.
