Romantically-charged hit maker Chris Lane has decided to release the track “Big, Big Plans” — the super-sweet anthem he recently used to propose to fiancée Lauren Bushnell.

Lane used the feel-good track to pop the question to Busnell in the backyard of her family’s Oregon home in June, capturing the life-changing moment forever in a heart-swelling video. It has since been viewed over 2 million times, and fans began asking the singer to put the track out officially.

Written by Lane with Jacob Durrett and Ernest K. Smith, the tender “Big, Big Plans” features a smooth-rolling melody as it lays out everything Lane loves about his future wife. But after the proposal, he told People there were naturally some last minute jitters. “Even though I felt pretty confident I was going to get the ‘yes,’ I’ve never been that nervous,” he said. Bushnell is a former contestant on The Bachelor, and she and Lane have been together since the fall of 2018.

On top of his engagement, Lane has plenty to be excited about at the moment. His steamy single, “I Don’t Know About You,” is just outside the Top 20 at country radio, and he’s currently opening for Brad Paisley on the superstar’s 2019 World Tour, with nationwide dates scheduled through the end of August and a series of European dates on tap this fall.
