Clare Dunn may be known for her red-hot guitar chops, but she shows off a stadium-sized vocal in her new single, “My Love.”

Co-written, co-produced, and arranged by the Colorado native herself, the track mixes her signature blend of country and classic rock with a blast of anthemic pop – at times reminiscent of emotionally-driven superstars like Lady Gaga and Adele. “My Love” was written alongside fellow country artist Eric Paslay and producer Jesse Frasure, with a storyline all about taking life – and love – by the horns.

“My love is a fire you can’t water it down / It burns like a bourbon when you come around / My heart is wide open, I’m pourin’ it out / A tidal wave rollin’ no turnin’ back now,” goes the heart-pounding chorus.

“‘My Love’ is about passion,” Dunn explains. “It’s about being fearless and opening yourself up to live and love passionately. It can be intimidating to feel passionately about something because it can be looked at as a risk, but I always want to encourage people that it’s a risk worth taking.”

Dunn’s previous single was 2018’s “More,” which briefly touched the Billboard Country Airplay charts. She’ll be a part of the 2019 CMT Next Women of Country Tour with Cassadee Pope and Hannah Ellis this spring.
