Country powerhouse Cole Swindell found himself back at the top of the country singles chart with current single “Love You Too Late” hitting the top spot on Monday, Oct. 28.

Co-written by Swindell, Michael Carter and Brandon Kinney, “Love You Too Late” is the rising star’s ninth career No. 1 as a recoding artist and his 11th as a songwriter. The track is the second single off Swindell’s 2018 album All of It.

“’Love You Too Late’ reaching No. 1 means the world to me because I wrote this one with two of my best friends and favorite songwriters in the world,” the Georgia native shared. “Michael, Brandon and I started writing songs together several years ago, so it’s very special to have our first No. 1 together.”

The singer took to Instagram to celebrate the achievement and thank fans for their support.

“Thank you to country radio, fans and my Warner Music Nashville family for always believing in me and my songs,” Swindell said.

Earlier in the month, the hitmaker completed the release of his fifth EP, Down Home Sessions V, by dropping the final track “No One Rocks Mine.” He put out a song off the five-track EP once each month, starting in June.
