Exclusive Premiere: Vince Gill’s Acoustic ‘My Favorite Movie’
We have the exclusive premiere of a stunning acoustic version of "My Favorite Movie," a song from Vince Gill's new album.
On Friday (Feb. 12), Vince Gill released his much-anticipated new album, Down To My Last Bad Habit. The record features 12 songs, each of which the GRAMMY-winner wrote/co-wrote and co-produced. In true Vince Gill fashion, the legendary entertainer also appears as a featured musician on all 12 tracks.
Today, we have the exclusive premiere of a stunning acoustic version of the seventh track on the album, “My Favorite Movie.” Gill co-wrote the song with GRAMMY nominated singer/songwriter Ashley Monroe.
With lyrics like “Midsummer night/ Just you and I/ The warmth of your skin/ Kiss me again/ When you’re in my arms/ And you’re in my bed/ You’re my favorite movie that runs through my head,” “My Favorite Movie” is sure to be a classic Vince Gill love song for many years to come.
