Brother duo High Valley always have family on their mind, and their new single puts that fact into sharp focus. They’re giving thanks to moms everywhere with the heartwarming musical embrace of “Your Mama.”

Written by Ben West, Josh Miller, Troy Verges and Florida Georgia Line’s Tyler Hubbard, the anthemic mid-tempo is all about the blessing that is a mother’s love. Featuring High Valley’s signature bluegrass influence beneath tender vocals and modern-country overtones, the track arrives at a fitting moment — since the duo’s Curtis Rempel and his wife are expecting their third child. To bring it to life, a visualizer video highlights all the little things moms do for their kids each year.

“We’ve always hoped and believed that our music could help bring families closer together,” says the duo’s Brad Rempel. “That is definitely our prayer for this song!”

For his part, Hubbard calls it one of his favorite songs he’s ever been a part of, and the track follows another family-focused standout — the Ricky Skaggs-produced “Single Man” from earlier in 2019.

High Valley broke out with their 2016 debut album Dear Life, which included the hits “Make You Mine” and “She’s With Me,” both of which have been certified Gold. They’re currently working on a whole new batch of music.
