Holly Williams is sharing the last family photo she has with her sister Katherine after the 27-year-old’s death from a car accident on Saturday (6/13). In a post to Instagram, Holly explains that the photo was taken on Friday morning, just one day before the fateful accident.

“I have no words. On Friday morning I talked the family into taking this picture and had no idea it would be our last together with my precious little sister Katie,” she wrote. “We all went to my great aunts funeral on Thursday whom we all loved dearly, and now are faced with another one. ALL we need is prayers. My daddy. My little brother. Katie’s husband (he is awake and responding don’t know injury extent yet). My niece and nephew. Her Mama. The Dunning family. All of us. So. Many. Prayers. Jesus is close. Thank you all 🙏🏼❤️ Be merciful to me, O LORD, for I am in distress; my eyes grow weak with sorrow, my soul and my body with grief.”

She closed the caption with “Psalm 31:9,” which reads “Be merciful to me, Lord, for I am in distress; my eyes grow weak with sorrow, my soul and body with grief.”

According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol, Katherine Williams-Dunning was driving with her husband, Tyler, when their truck crossed the median on Highway 79 and rolled. It continued across the northbound lanes and stopped at the shoulder of the highway. WKRN reports that Katherine passed away at the scene and Tyler was airlifted to Vanderbilt.

Her younger brother, country singer Sam Williams, took to Facebook Saturday night to ask fans for their prayers after learning of the accident. “My sister and brother in law have been In a terrible accident. Please pray for them so hard! Katie Williams and Tyler Dunning,” he wrote.

According to CMT, Katherine was Hank Jr.’s daughter with his third wife Mary Jane Thomas. She resided in West Tennessee with her husband and their two children, 5-year-old son Beau and 2-year-old daughter Audrey.
