Following previous single “One At A Time,” budding artist Jackson Michelson dropped the music video for his passionate new song “Stay Over.”

The visual sees Michelson strolling around a field and singing about an on-again, off-again relationships while two dancers perform on opposite sides of a closed doorway. Interspersed in the video are shots of the country crooner shredding on the guitar along with clips of the dancers interpreting the music individually.

“People always like to talk about the positive side of relationships and the high lights, but I’ve found that highlights are the best when you’re committed to something you believe in,” Michelson told Billboard. “’Stay Over’ is a song about the passion of love not letting a relationship end.”

The Oregon native co-wrote the rock-influenced track with Jeff Pardo and Molly Reed Grayson, and Pardo also served as the producer along with Jim Ed Norman.

Michelson recently hit the road opening for Gary Allan, and he will play a couple of solo shows later that month.
