Jason Aldean Goes Back To High School In ‘Gonna Know We Were Here’ Music Video
Jason Aldean pays homage to his hometown of Macon, Georgia and his high school, Windsor Academy, in his latest music video for “Gonna Know We Were Here.”
The superstar visited his alma mater during homecoming to film the clip.
“This song pretty much sums up how I feel like me and my fans live our lives,” Aldean told Yahoo! Music of the video. “That same excitement is what we feel out there on the road every night…It was pretty cool that we could bring that vibe to the music video too by shooting it back to Macon with a ton of people from my hometown. Getting back there and on that high school football field really reminded me of that rush of just living life without any regrets.”

Aldean recently announced the We Were Here 2016 Tour with special Thomas Rhett and A Thousand Horses. The tour kicks off January 14 in Moline, IL.
