Jennifer Nettles is Sweet as ‘Sugar’ in New Music Video

Jennifer Nettles is sweet as “Sugar” in her brand new music video.

In a song with lyrics like “Gimme, gimme, gimme, gimme, gimme something sweet / They want my sugar and spice and everything nice / And they’re begging for a taste of my cherry pie / But I’m never, never, never, never ever gone give ’em a piece” is no surprise that the video would be just as spunky.

Nettles released the song as a special project during the holidays and performed the track during the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. Nettles co-wrote “Sugar” with Brandy Clark and Jessie Jo Dillon, and had Dann Huff produce.

The singer is currently on the road for her Playing With Fire Tour and will hit the road again for the upcoming Next Women of Country Tour, where she will likely be performing her latest single, “Unlove You.”
