Coronavirus has left country rockers like Johnny McGuire stuck at home, but that does not mean they have to succumb to boredom. Whether he’s binging classic films or rediscovering favorite books, the former Walker McGuire member has found ways to keep himself occupied while social distancing.

Sounds Like Nashville got the scoop on what McGuire has been up to while in self-isolation. Check out his quarantine favorites below!

Movies I’m Watching: I recently got Disney+, so I’ve been going down that wormhole a lot. Lately I’ve been binge-watching classics like The Lion King, Aladdin and The Jungle Book. I hadn’t seen those movies in years, and it really took me back. The music is pretty great too!

TV Shows I’m Binging: I got into Survivor recently, and with all this time at home, I’ve been binge-watching seasons. I love the concept of the game, and it makes me want to try it out, ha. Maybe I need to talk to Chase Rice about it.

Books I’m Reading: I’ve been re-reading one of my favorite books from high school, A Confederacy Of Dunces by John Kennedy Toole. It’s a really funny book and has given me an escape and some good laughs. I think I’ve enjoyed it the second time even more.

Games I’m Playing: I may be a little too old for this, but I’ve gotten into Fortnite on PS4. It’s a great way to decompress, and it’s free!

Music I’m Listening To: I have a fire pit in my backyard, so some night I’ll light a fire and turn on a “campfire” playlist. It’s usually a lot of 90s country mixed in with some classic rock like Petty or Skynyrd.
