Jon Pardi Takes ‘Heartache Medication’ to ‘Late Night With Seth Meyers’

Jon Pardi offered viewers a big dose of “Heartache Medication” on Late Night With Seth Meyers Tuesday night (November 26), performing his latest two-stepping standout in rowdy style.
Looking ranch-hand rad in a brown trail hat, work jacket and jeans — plus a gorgeously embellished guitar — Pardi ran through the upbeat track with his full, five piece band behind him featuring steel guitar, fiddle and more. Full of twang and traditional-country cool, the track is a boozy honky tonker about a very specific prescription — drinking doubles until a former flame is extinguished for good — and it found the recently-engaged California native offering to share his secret elixir with a nationwide audience.
“Heartache Medication” is the title track off Pardi’s third album, which arrived at No.2 on the Billboard Country Albums chart upon its release in September. The throwback hit maker recently rocked the University of Tennessee’s Neyland Stadium alongside country legend Garth Brooks.
