Kalie Shorr Covers ‘When You Say Nothing at All’

Along with the release of her brand new EP, Slingshot, Country newcomer Kalie Shorr has created a new cover series in which she puts her own spin on a variety of songs around Music City. Dubbed “Kalie Shorr Covers Nashville,” the series shows off the 22-year-old’s impressive vocals, proving she can sing just about anything.
In the latest episode, premiering exclusively through Sounds Like Nashville, Shorr takes on the Alison Krauss version of “When You Say Nothing at All.” Although the song was originally performed by Keith Whitely, Krauss put her own powerful touch on the classic country hit, in which Shorr mirrored throughout her fierce vocals.
