Kane Brown is back with a newly-released pop collaboration, teaming up with singer/songwriter/producer blackbear for the groove-heavy “Memory.”

Featuring a rumbling vocal blend and “unforgettable” flow, the track tells a tale of trying to hold on to a relationship on the rocks. And it’s matched by an otherworldly video.

Produced by Andrew Goldstein and blackbear and written by Brown, Matthew Musto (blackbear), Andrew Goldstein, Joe Kirkland and Ernest Smith, “Memory” will hit Top 40 radio on Monday (July 12). It will mark Brown’s first pop-radio single “Be Like That” with Swae Lee and Khalid in 2020, and continues a trend that saw the country hit maker score a double-Platinum hit with “One Thing Right” (with Marshmello).

For the video, Brown and blackbear float around and fire off lyrics from a futuristic moon base, looking like space commandos before ending up adrift and alone — which is the same romantic fear their upbeat track is built around.

Kane Brown lip synched the track for fans on Instagram on Friday as it came out, and the song follows up his latest Number One collab, “Famous Friends,” which found him at the top of the country radio charts alongside Chris Young this week.

Up next, Brown will present at 2021 ESPYS on Saturday (July 10), and take part in the MLB All-Star Celebrity Softball Game on Sunday (July 11), which will air Monday (July 12) at 10:00 PM EST on ESPN. His Blessed & Free Tour of all 29 NBA Arenas kicks off October 1 in Sacramento, California.
