Country superstar Keith Urban has just proved, again, why he’s a superstar and true G.O.A.T. (Greatest Of All Time).

On Monday night (3/16), the singer took to Instagram to play a special Instagram Live mini-concert at a warehouse, bringing relief in the wake of all the COVID-19-induced stress and panic. Urban’s wife, Nicole Kidman, was also on (the online) set, evidently having fun supporting her husband and singing along.

“It sure feels good playing live music for you through Instagram for you tonight,” the singer improvised, to the tune of “Somebody Like You.” The 30-minute set kicked off with that song, followed by “Coming Home,” brand-new single “God Whispered Your Name,” smash hit “Blue Ain’t Your Color,” “The Fighter,” and closed with the up-tempo and feel-good “Wasted Time.”

Realizing how unused he was to a sparce concert crowd, Urban quipped, “we’re gonna start a show called soundcheck, coming to a city near you!” Toward the end of his online show, the singer took the time to acknowledge the “crazy times everywhere” and shared a heartfelt, positive message with fans.

“I’m trying to bring just a little bit of relief any way I can right now playing some music. If you guys are at home or wherever you’re watching [and] singing along, this is what it’s about— this is why I got started doing what I’m doing, this is why I love what I do, this is why I’m doing what I’m doing tonight, period,” the singer said.
