Keith Urban Reveals Track Listing For ‘Ripcord’

Keith Urban has finally revealed the track listing for his highly-anticipated new album, Ripcord.

The project, which Urban calls his “most exhilarating album to make, both musically and creatively,” features 12-tracks.

“This album’s journey began back in January, 2015 and took me to a lot of unexplored people and places.” added Urban. “The end result was the recording and exploring of more songs then I’ve ever done before and carving that down to what I felt constituted RIPCORD.”

Ripcord features collaborations with several individuals the crooner has not worked with before, including Jeff Bhasker, busbee, Greg Wells and Nile Rodgers, as well as collaborations with former partners Shane McAnally, Ross Cooperman, Dann Huff and Nathan Chapman.

“Getting to work with people like this was unlike anything I’ve envisioned before,” said Urban. “It’s the result of writing, reaching, imagining, and following the muse every step of the way.”

Ripcord is set for release on May 6 and has already produced two No.1 singles with “John Cougar, John Deere, John 3:16” and “Break On Me.” His newest single, “Wasted Time,” will make its television debut on American Idol on Thursday, Match 31, and again on the 51st annual ACM Awards this Sunday, April 3 on CBS.
