It’s been quite a momentous week for Keith Urban. Over the weekend, he celebrated his 1oth wedding anniversary with wife Nicole Kidman, and this week, he has the No.1 song at Country radio.

Urban’s latest single, “Wasted Time,” has become his 21st chart-topper on the Mediabase country chart and his 20th on Billboard.

“Wasted Time,” which is the third single from Urban’s newest album, RipCord, was one he co-wrote with Greg Wells and J. Abrahart. The song was actually born during their first writing session.

“I’d never met either of these guys, and the two of them had been writing a bit together forever, and someone said you should get with them,” Urban recalls. “Long story short, we met and the very first song we wrote [on] the first day we met was ‘Wasted Time.’”

The superstar will pick up his RipCORD World Tour July 2 with back-to-back shows in Gilford, NH.
