Kellie Pickler is part of an upcoming tribute album to a children’s TV legend, singing the heartwarming closing theme to Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood.

Due out this Friday (October 25) and also including Lee Greenwood, Rita Wilson and more, Thank You Mister Rogers: Music and Memories will feature the country singer on one of the show’s best loved songs — “It’s Such a Good Feeling.” A preview video of Pickler’s arrangement has already been shared, showing off the track’s ringing mandolin and plucky, uber-upbeat tone, while Pickler admits she was a big fan of the long-running show growing up.

“My grandmother had a big part in raising me, so I grew up on very traditional music, very traditional programming,” Pickler says. “Mister Rogers was a safe place in our home, so I was always able to watch his show with my granny.”

Meanwhile, the TV-acting veteran has much more in store for this fall, including some Christmastime fun.

On November 10 at 7 p.m. CT she’ll star in her third Hallmark Channel Original Movie, The Mistletoe Secret, joining co-stars Tyler Hynes and Patrick Duffy for another installment of the story which began with Christmas at Graceland and Wedding at Graceland. She’ll also sing the National Anthem and serve as a presenter during American Valor: A Salute to Our Heroes — a nationally syndicated Veterans Day celebration airing across all major networks on November 11 — and plans to headline three nights of Music City Christmas with the Nashville Symphony December 5 – 7. Conducted by Enrico Lopez-Yañez, those shows will take place at the Schermerhorn Symphony Center. After two seasons and multiple Daytime Emmy nominations, her Pickler & Ben talk show ended earlier this year.
