Hit maker Kelsea Ballerini has revealed the initial details of her upcoming third album, setting March 20 for the release of kelsea.
Making the announcement on social media Wednesday (January 22), the “homecoming queen?” singer unveiled the project’s street date and cover art, which shows her laying on a sunny lawn in a sophisticated pink blouse.

No other details about the album have been shared so far, but fans have already heard the emotional first single, “homecoming queen?” Arriving in September, the reflective self-acceptance ballad marks a change of pace for the star behind upbeat hits like “Love Me Like You Mean It,” “Dibs,” and her Platinum certified “Miss Me More” from 2018.

Ballerini has also released the bounding new track “club,” which is likely to be included on kelsea, and plans to drop a new song titled “la” on Friday (January 24). She shares the stage with pop singer Halsey in the latest installment of CMT Crossroads, teaming up for an electrifying rendition of “Graveyard” and more.
