Grammy-nominated country singer Kelsea Ballerini has just attained her fifth career No. 1 with her foot-stomping current single, “Miss Me More.” This comes in just over 64 weeks (or 15 months) since a female artist topped the country charts Country Aircheck/Mediabase charts. And coincidentally, too, Ballerini was the artist to top the charts with “Legends.”

“Whether it’s a partner, friend, colleague, situation, or chapter of life, sometimes we lose a piece of ourselves to someone,” shares Ballerini on her new No. 1 song. “This song is all about choosing to spend our energy in a way that lets us be the best version of ourselves for the right people – when they come along. I’m so proud that this song and message got the megaphone of Country radio. Thank you so much for this #1!”

Black River’s SVP of Radio Promotion Mike Wilson finds this No. 1 song especially sweet. In an appreciation note to country radio, Wilson noted how they have been “ big supporters of this song since [they] first heard it, and now, this is the icing on the cake.”

Fresh off her Miss Me More Tour with Brett Young and Brandon Ratcliff, the singer’s song has also amassed a total of more than 1.5 billion career global streams and is a certified GOLD single.

The 25-year-old returns to co-host ABC’s CMA Fest with Thomas Rhett on August 4 8/7c PM from Nissan Stadium in Nashville, TN. For information on future tour dates and more, click HERE.
