ACM New Female Artist of the Year winner Lainey Wilson took to the the stage at the 57th ACM Awards at Las Vegas’ Allegiant Stadium to perform her No. 1 song, “Things a Man Oughta Know.” The performance took place not long after the tune won Lainey her second award of the night for Song of the Year.

Wilson performed the award-winning song on the promenade stage, situated high above the stadium. Dressed in a striking black leather outfit, Wilson passionately belted out the lyrics of the sorrowful heartbreak tune. The up-and-coming star looked perfectly content and happy on the stage, however, as she danced around flawlessly and interacted with the audience.

Wilson is now a two-time ACM winner, having won New Female Artist of the Year last week and Song of the Year during the awards show. The Louisiana-born songstress won the New Female trophy last week after being surprised by superstar Miranda Lambert on Zoom. “Things a Man Oughta Know” was released in August 2020 from Wilson’s Sayin’ What I’m Thinkin’ album, and it became her first-ever No. 1.

Marking the first time a major country awards show aired exclusively as a live stream, the 57th annual ACM Awards took place on Monday (March 7) at Las Vegas’ Allegiant Stadium.
