Listen to Old Dominion’s Lighthearted New Track, ‘No Such Thing as a Broken Heart’

With positive lyrics like, “Cry when it hurts / Laugh when its funny / Chase after the dream / Don’t chase after the money/ Know we got each other and that’s what’s up,” the guys never lose sight of keeping their high spirits among the clouds.

When life hands Old Dominion lemonade (and a good hook), they make the sweetest lemonade around.

Promoting happiness and peace throughout their optimistic lyrics, Old Dominion’s latest single, “No Such Thing as a Broken Heart,” provides a happy outlook on how to get through life when all the tough stuff is weighing society down. Believing in something greater is what the country band is all about, and they want to send the good vibes on to their fans no matter what heavy circumstances come their way.

“No matter who you are, where you live or your current status, people both old and young face more challenges than ever,” explained Old Dominion’s front man Matthew Ramsey. “It’s in the face of those challenges and standing at the edge of fear that we have to remain positive. Focus on the light that comes from positivity instead of being swallowed up. Work hard at doing what you feel is right.  Don’t be scared!! Live life like there’s no such thing as a broken heart.”

With positive lyrics like, “Cry when it hurts / Laugh when its funny / Chase after the dream / Don’t chase after the money/ Know we got each other and that’s what’s up,” the guys never lose sight of keeping their high spirits among the clouds. The song, written by Old Dominion and Jesse Frasure and produced by none other than Shane McAnally, shows great promise for what’s to come on the guys’ next project.

Old Dominion has not yet announced a set release date for their sophomore effort at this time.
