Those four-part harmonies are undeniable, even when it comes to Little Big Town taking on the National Anthem during the College Football National Championship.

Honored with the task of performing the “Star-Spangled Banner” during one of the biggest nights in college sports, Little Big Town made it through each note with ease and blended together their rich, familiar voices to make for a stellar showing.

As they took on the anthem with ease before the kickoff to the Alabama vs. Clemson matchup, they got all kinds of patriotic with the release of a bald eagle over the field and a flyover that could make anyone’s jaw drop.

Although they remained rather neutral about their picks on who would be victorious in the game, some fans thought a hint toward Alabama was clear as Jimi Westbrook and Phillip Sweet both sported the crimson shade during the performance.

The four-person group received huge encourage from all in attendance…and even some back at home. When the band posted a quick clip to their social media after their singing, it happened to be a stamp of approval from Snoop Dogg himself on their vocal abilities. Commenting with great joy over their harmonies, the rapper enjoyed their rendition of the anthem and they seemed to eat up his response.

Little Big Town is gearing up for a big year with a new album and a residency at the Ryman Auditorium on the way. Fans can find more information on the band’s schedule on their website.
