Country newcomer Aaron Parker is gearing up to release a new EP this Friday, and we have the exclusive premiere of one of the tracks, “Feel It.”
The Alabama native co-wrote the tune alongside Jordan Schmidt and JP Williams.
“That day, we were talking about how the world has become so tangible and distracted, so consumed with timely things, and how hard it is to get the attention of someone you’re interested in,” Parker recalls. “You really have to make them feel something and in some ways give a spiritual connection.”
After their conversation, Williams came up with with title and things spiraled from there.
“This song is special in that it shows not only a progression in my sound as an artist, but also that we can be progressive with lyrics that are special too,” he shares. “It opened up a four lane highway of uncharted territory for me and I intend to explore it much further. Jordan nailed the production and I’m stoked on how it turned out.”
