Thomas Rhett is enjoying some well-deserved time off and making the most of it by spending time with his family. Rhett, along with his wife Lauren and daughters Willa and Ada, along with other friends and family, hit the slopes for a fun-filled trip skiing.
Both Thomas and Lauren have been chronicling their magical winter wonderland trip with a series of photos posted to their Instagram accounts. Whether it’s sitting with friends and family and sipping on peppermint schnapps hot chocolate, the couple have been enjoying their time together.
Before heading to the mountains, Rhett shared a photo of Willa and Ada rocking their warm winterwear, claiming the mountains weren’t ready for them. Later on, he shared a sweet snap on the ski slope as he, Lauren and Willa rode to the top of the mountain for another run down the hill.
“One day of skiing left! A couple years from now Willa will be dusting all of us down the mountain,” he wrote as the three smiled at the camera behind their face-covering ski masks.
Lauren also shared a cute family portrait of the four snuggled up in the hot tub, with snow capped trees in the background. They later rang in the new year beside a campfire and glamping (glamorous camping) tents.
The quality family time comes just months before Rhett hits the road for his massive five-month headlining Very Hot Summer Tour. The trek kicks off in Spokane, WA on May 17 before concluding in October with a show in Nashville, TN. Joining the Georgia native out on the road will be special guests Dustin Lynch, Russell Dickerson and Rhett Akins.
