Country icon Trisha Yearwood celebrates the rush of true love on a sexy new track titled “What Gave Me Away,” teaming up to duet with her legendary husband, Garth Brooks.

Part of Yearwood’s upcoming album, Every Girl (out August 30), the slow-dancing standout features a sultry, soulful sway, dripping in bluesy guitar. It finds the famous pair looking back on the passion that first brought them together, with Brooks coming in during the track’s chorus to magnify a sense of inescapable attraction.

“The song describes such an intimate moment between two people,” Yearwood tells People about the track. “I couldn’t imagine asking anyone else to sing on this song except Garth. He’s my person. He’s my crush.

“One of the nice things about getting older and becoming comfortable in my own skin is that I own all of the emotions in the songs now,” she goes on. “It’s all about life.”

“What Gave Me Away” is the third track Yearwood has released from Every Girl, following lead single “Every Girl in This Town” and “Workin’ on Whiskey.” Other collaborations on the project are said to include Kelly Clarkson and Don Henley of the Eagles.

Yearwood is set to embark on her first solo tour in five years October 3, kicking off the Every Girl In This Town Tour with a three-night stand at Nashville’s Schermerhorn Symphony Center before crisscrossing the country through December 8 in Naples, Florida.
