You've never heard "You Broke Up With Me" or "'90s Country" like this.

Rising newcomer Walker Hayes puts a dance-club spin on two of his quirky country favorites with the new EP, Remixed.

Produced by Joe Thibodeau (Maren Morris, Kelsea Ballerini), the set includes poppy, danceable versions of Hayes’ Platinum-certified hit, “You Broke Up With Me,” and his current single, “’90s Country.” Hayes says he wanted something to get the crowds on his Dream On It headlining tour fired up before shows, and started using these remixes as intro and walk off music. But after seeing the explosion of energy they unleashed, he decided to put them out for real.

“I’m blown away by how many words these fans know … to the old songs, the hit songs, the hidden tracks and even the brand-new songs,” says Hayes. “The way they get hyped at my shows reminds me how lucky I am to get to call this my job. So, I wanted to give my fans something new, but something familiar. I hope these remixes make everyone want to dance, while singing the words they already love!”

The remixed “You Broke Up With Me” pumps up the track’s sly attitude with crisp dance-floor beats, clap tracks and a distorted bass line. Meanwhile, “’90s Country” features an upbeat electro-pop feel, complete with energetic synth melodies and bass drops. Both tracks are available through digital streaming services.

Hayes is currently out on his Dream on It Tour, with headlining dates scheduled through early May.
