Whitney Duncan Takes Fans Behind-The-Scenes For ‘All She Wants’ Video

Whitney Duncan is channeling her inner Shania Twain on the music video for “All She Wants,” and she’s giving Sounds Like Nashville readers an exclusive look behind-the-scenes.

In the video, Duncan enlists a group of her girl friends to let their hair down, put on their dancing shoes (or boots), and do a little line-dance. Even if a little heartbreak is present, there is evidently nothing a little dance and sisterhood can’t heal.

“I was really inspired by 90’s female country and wanted ‘All She Wants’ to be a fun female anthem,” Duncan told Sounds Like Nashville. “Making the ‘All She Wants’ video was SO fun! I knew I wanted the video to be fun and always envisioned a huge line dance scene. We had to get really creative on how to make that happen during quarantine and only having a few people allowed on set but loved the way it turned out.”

In the exclusive behind-the-scenes video, Duncan practices her moves in a country bar (where the clip is filmed), while also instructing the videographer to capture her teaching her guitarist the line-dance sequence.

“I got the chance to create the line dance with my aunt, who loves to line dance, on my grandparents’ porch during quarantine. It was awesome to have the energy of a fun group of girls to bring it to life,” the singer added.

The rollicking, feel-good “All She Wants” dropped last month, and was written by Duncan, Cole Taylor and Michael Carter. It follows her song, “Homesick,” which was released earlier this year.
