Since breaking onto the country scene with his debut “Chillin’ It” in 2013, Cole Swindell has become a force of nature within the genre. The singer became the first solo artist to earn seven straight No.1 singles on the Country Aircheck/Mediabase chart since his debut and hopes to keep the streak alive.
Helping maintain his fast track to become one of country music’s biggest entertainers are his legions of devoted fans, the ones he thought of while recording his third studio album, All Of It, which debuted on Friday, Aug. 17.
“My fans are the reason I have a career. If they didn’t show up, if they weren’t excited about the music, I don’t know who would be,” the singer shared with Sounds Like Nashville recently, adding, “I’m just like them. I came up a country music fan. I know exactly what it’s like to be a fan of somebody’s music, and I can’t fathom that they’re a fan of my music like that.”
While keeping them in mind, Swindell penned and recorded songs he knew he’d be proud to sing for the rest of his life, and combined them into a compilation that bares his soul to listeners.
“These songs are all me. I wouldn’t have ever recorded them if I didn’t believe every word of them,” he said.
